Booking Policies

Prices may vary from outdated quotes on other websites, and only rates as published on the Plagia-Villas website are guaranteed. Only one discount or promotion can be applied at a time. A 50% deposit may be charged to your credit card at the time of making your reservation. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card regardless of how the final payment will be made.

1) Low Season: Free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival and 100% of the total cost for 6 days or less.
2) Middle Season: Free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival and 100% of the total cost for 13 days or less.
3) High Season: Free of charge up to 21 days prior to arrival and 100% of the total cost for 20 days or less.
4) In case of No-Show or earlier departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.


1) Plagia Villas reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.
2) Accepted credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro 3) A Payment of deposit can be requested by Plagia Vilas - this prepayment can be done by credit card or bank transfer.
4) The balance of payment will be charged to your credit card on the day of your arrival.

Check In/Check Out

Check-In is between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Arrangements for late arrivals should be made in advance. Early drop-off of bags is possible. Checkout time is at 11:00 a.m.

Owner's Rights

Plagia-Villas is privately owned and operated. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not be responsible for guest accidents or injury, or for the loss of money, jewellery, or valuables of any kind.

Smoking & Candle Burning

For the safety and comfort of all of our guests, we do not allow smoking incense /candle burning indoors or fireworks on our properties.

Property Issues

Any damages, stolen items, or broken items occurring during the stay will be the full financial responsibility of the guest, including anyone travelling with the guest. Any special clean-up resulting in damages caused by the guests will be charged to the credit card. Charges may need to be applied after guest departure as deemed necessary by the Owner/Management. Please report all damages to us promptly.
