Booking terms
- Only rates published on the official Plagia-Villas website are guaranteed.
- Booking deposit can be made by credit card or bank deposit
- Plagia Villas accepts Visa, Mastercard and Maestro credit cards
- Plagia Villas does not accept cheques
- Only one discount or promotion can be applied per reservation.
- Children under 2 years old are accommodated, free of charge, in parents’ room
- Children older than 2 years old are charged as adults
Cancellation / No-Show Policy:
All Seasons: Cancellations received 30 days or less prior to arrival will result in cancellation fees equal to 50% of the total cost of reservation.
No Show/Early Departure: In case of No-show or Early Departure 100% cancellation fees will apply.
Terms of payment
- Deposit equal to 50% of the total amount of each reservation is required upon confirmation.
- Final payment is required 1 week prior to guest arrival.
- Upon arrival a deposit of 500€ is required for covering any damages that may occur during your stay. The amount is fully refundable after the inspection of the facilities for damages.
- The Company reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to the arrival date

Confirmation:
A written confirmation from Plagia-Villas is required in order for a reservation to be considered confirmed and valid.
Check In/Check Out
Check-In is between 15:00 pm and 19:00 pm. Arrangements for late arrivals can be made upon request and should be made in advance. Early baggage drop-off is possible. Checkout time is at 11:00 a.m.
Owner’s Rights
Plagia-Villas reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. The company is not responsible for guest accidents or injury, or/and for the loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.
Property damage
Any damages the property (indoors and/or outdoors), stolen, or broken items occurring during the stay will be the full financial responsibility of the guest, including anyone travelling with the guest, and will be deducted from the 500€ deposit. Any special clean-up resulting from damages caused by guests will also be deducted from the 500€ deposit or charged to the credit card. Charges may need to be applied after guest departure as deemed necessary by the Owner/Management. Please report all damages to us promptly.
Smoking & Safety
For the safety and comfort of all of our guests, we do not allow smoking or/and incense /candle burning indoors or the use of fireworks on our properties. A cleaning fee of up to €250 will be charged for smoking in a non- smoking villa
